for the commercial purpose.
3. All paymenst has to be made by cheque Payable to M/S Ambala Yellow Pages or
if paid cash get proper Bill & reciept.

5. Although we will take complete care to avoid spelling mistakes but if any
mistake left no claim can be demanded.
6. If any Advertisement failed to publish in any media, we are not liable more
than the actual amount paid.
7. Free Listing is subjected to availability of space in respective category.
8. Any information obtained by you from the Yellwo Pages shall not create any
warranty or other obligation for us.
9. All Trade marks, Logos and content for the advertsiement material is provided
by the company / Firm hense Ambala Yellow Pages is not responsible.
10. Web Listings mistakes will be corrected with in Two working days after
reporting.
11. All disputes are subjected to Ambala Jurisdiction only.
